PROJECT CHARTER Developing plans for a dog-friendly beach in a Virginia Beach row. Project Title A Dog-friendly Beach in Virginia Purpose To give an assigned beachside region where dogs and their owners can enjoy the beachside together Description The beachside will be fenced off from the remainder of the beachside region and have a designated region for dogs to play and run. There will likewise be a water station for dogs to drink from Objective To provide a safe, protected, and enjoyable climate for dogs and their owners to enjoy in the ocean side together Success Criteria or The beach will be kept tidy and well-maintained.
