Create a picture using only straight lines. It could be a drawing of something or abstract art. You will need to determine the linear equation and domain or range for each of these lines so you will want to keep it fairly simple. The goal is to describe your creation using only the language of mathematics so that it could be recreated without someone having seen the picture. General Instructions 1. Draw a picture using only straight lines on a sheet of graph paper. There must be a minimum of 20 lines. Note that 2 line segments of the same line would count as 1 line. 2. Draw in the x- and y-axes and determine an appropriate scale. 3. Scan your picture and then add labelling and scan it again. Each line should be labelled with a number. Lines can be extended as dashed lines to help locate the y-intercepts. 4. Determine the equation of each of these lines and state the domain or range. Include any calculations that are needed. If there are 2 line segments of the same line then they will have the same equation but will have a different domain or range. Note: an example project has been provided on the following pages
