However, there was oncoming traffic and Pascal yelled at Jasper to brake but he did not. Instead, Jasper made a sharp left turn and accelerated, The vehicle rolled. Pascal sustained spinal injuries in the accident and was rendered a paraplegic. Upon leaving hospital Pascal now approaches you for advice on whether he can take action against Jasper in negligence.
