Hi, i am a working adult while doing part time school at night. I was task to write a leadership report as part of the exam in this semester. Can any tutor please guide me how should i write this leadership essay. The requirement as per below.

Project Requirement

1. Student is required to read and research from management journals, newspapers and by doing internet research on management and business- related articles. The key idea is to identify and describe what makes leaders successful in organisations in general. .

The articles may be researched from any of the following:

a)The Straits Times

b)Business times

c)http://www.hrmasia.com/ (Human Resource Management Magazine)

d)Other relevant sources

2. Your report should cover the following points:-

e)Summarize the core business of the chosen company you have researched on and describe the key leaders in the company's management team.

f)With reference to one of the company's key leaders (e.g. the CEO), evaluate the leader's style of leadership using TWO (2) of the leadership theories covered in the module (e.g. House's Path Goal Theory, Hersey & Blanchard's Situational Leadership Model etc.). You should explain the key principles of each of the leadership theories before using the theory to evaluate the selected leader's style of leadership.

g)Describe how this same chosen key leader plays a part in either Planning, or Organizing, or Controlling function in the company.
