Hi $,$ i am making a layout in android $,$i am not good at it $,$can anyone please design me responsive layout$/$universal

$1.$I need Layout for My Quizz Screen Text Box With Two Buttons True and false,please make sure i cahange the color of the buttons

$2.$i need one lay out if the question has multiple choice questions like four options to choose from same should have text box,

$3.$If the question is right it will go to next lay out play an animation come back and display the next question,If wrong same play animation but same question,

$4.$i also need a lay out which have two three buttons lets play,Website University,About,when i press about it takes me to another layout telling who made this apple cation there will be $3$ members so i need the about section to look good

i need all this in resposive lay out

it would be better that you use contrain lay out to all of this it will have more flexibility
