I am working on a project report that covers

1) pillars of strength(current)

2) value proposition

3) problems

4) swot and pest analysis

5)key success factors in the industry

6)recommendations

And my part is to write decision criteria that include: Developed strategy, pillars of strength (new model), and develop a business model. I am having difficulty answering these questions do you have any sample example for me or any hints as to how to develop a strategy and so on
