I have problem with Java task and looking for help

I have to Ask the program to ask me for my date of birth

- if I give a date later than today, let the program throw an error: InvalidBirthDateException

- the program prints how many days I live already

- the program prints out how many months I already live

- the program prints how many years I live

- the program prints on which day of the week I was born

- list the next Friday the 13th AFTER your birthday.
