Hi, I know this is a odd question to ask on here but I am currently doing my legal vacation scheme applications and I really need help on a question they have asked me to answer. As this is the Christmas/new year period, all of my teachers are on leave and are not replying any emails. Please do help if you can! I would really appreciate it.

Q: Q5 - We understand that everybody's situation is different, be it business or personal. As experts in our field we must analyse every client's needs and demonstrate initiative to achieve a positive outcome. Please describe an original solution that you developed to solve a problem. Why was it important for you to implement this? What did you do, and what was the outcome?

This is for a vacation scheme/training contract application. I have no idea how to answer this question as I am finding it hard to think of a situation where I have had to come up with an original plan to solve a problem. My work experiences only include waitressing and volunteer work so I am confused about what to talk about. I also need help with structuring this answer as I am not sure how to answer it in a good way without muddling everything up. I have had this question before in an interview and I struggled to answer this, so please do help in any way you can!
