The Board of Directors of the Sheffield Community Health Centre is looking to restructure its senior leadership team. You as the CEO have been asked to prepare a report for the Board's Governance Committee. In this report (in form of a BN) you are expected to provide an analysis of currently used staff leadership models and recommend the most appropriate senior management structure.

Discuss your analysis identify the key two to four positions and the core skills and competencies for each that with current best practices. Keep in mind that your focus is on a Community Health Centre (CHC) so you'll need to gain some understanding of CHCs.

Support your analysis with at least three journal articles on leadership (peer reviewed articles are preferred). These articles must be in addition to the course readings. (Websites and Wikepedia are not a substitute for a journal article.)

Consider the following questions in your BN.

1. Considering the mandate of a CHC what are the 2 to 4 key leadership staff positions?
