Hi, I need some help understanding 'exclusion causes', 'contracts' and the IRAC method. For example if there were a sign for instance, stating that a business carpark didn't have to accept any liability for loss or damage of an owners vehicle (park at own risk). Then an owners vehicle gets damaged. The business sates they're not liable because they have contracted that on the basis you park at your own risk. Would the 'exclusion clause' be part of the 'contract' and how would you explain this in the IRAC method? Thank you
