hi, I needed help with grammar errors and with punctuation, on top of it one more issue that I struggled with is having logical flow of arguments eg; can someone help me rearrange the paper, and by starting the research with declarative sentence and then explain that research and create link between all the research like they build on each other. last thing I think my variables are not written well example ; I am not able to find the independent and dependent variable with the right predicted variables

can someone please help me by re writing the assignment with better format, thanks,

There were multiple questions to ask but the one that has been asked a lot and still the answer does not do justice to the issue in society, that is why I am introducing my research question that is How does the difference of labour recognition among men and women cause to dysfunction in the family unit within the Eastern World? One might wonder what this have to do anything with in modern day society but after digging deeper one might understand how the unequal treatment can lead to emotional negligence among the family, making it difficult for the family to be fully functional. On top of that, the woman might struggle to run after her own dreams since she does not feel fulfilled from her inside labour because of that lack of recognition for said labour. Outside the house, the woman is also neglected in her workplace, never being seen as the breadwinner of her family due to societal gender roles, which can put a strain of the mental health of the woman. Companies also place a big burden on their female employees, with some being hesitant to hire female employees simply due to unfair assumptions about their abilities in certain fields of work. And on the topic of societal norms, companies feel that women's priorities will be with their families first, workplace second, as well as not providing women with the care that they need that is specific to women, such as maternity leave, nursing rooms, access to free feminine hygiene products, etc. All of these issues when lumped together put a strain on not only the woman, but the entire family unit. In today's world, it is very common for both parents to be working, but when one parent is under more pressure than the other without the necessary recognition/support, that can lead to a deterioration in the woman's mental and physical health, which can lead to conflict within the family, affecting everyone involved. One example of this could be seen in Japan, where there is currently a fifth wave of feminism, and women are boycotting the family system, not getting married/having kids because they feel that they would be better off being single rather than being married with kids since the burdens that they are taking on is not worth it for their well-beings. This has caused birth rates in Japan to plumet. There has been multiple studies done and books written (such asAll About Patriarchal Segregation of Work Regarding Family? Women Business-Owners in Bangladesh) about how these things have been affecting the society, firstly this book shows how the women's business was getting affected in Bangladesh, the reason? Reason was the relative (men) who wanted all the women to focus on household and stick to the traditional roles, leading to take away the opportunity from the women business owners to learn and making it difficult to run businesses as the men expected women to take care of kids. This could be a great example of how many opportunities get snatched away from women just because society expects them work around their gender role and prioritize their family before them. These social norms are seen more in countries with lower education and economical growth, furthermore, the another research,Adisa, T. A., Abdulraheem, I., & Isiaka, S. B. (2019). Patriarchal hegemony: Investigating the impact of patriarchy on women's work-life balance. Gender in Management from Nigeria, a country with a very strong patriarchal norms and culture, where women were seen as less than and were treated poorly. Making it difficult for women to work, the power imbalance lead women to over work between the responsibilities of house hold work and the job leading to put strain on the marriage and making it difficult for the women to do well in their job field. The researchAppearing selfconfident and getting credit for it: Why it may be easier for men than women to gain influence at work. Human Resource Management finds that when the society is patriarchal and there is huge power imbalance, it can cause to having overworked women with lack of aspiration. While explain the problems women face with their family or from society, another aspect to notice is the workplace a women is working in and how unfair it can be for women in these places, studies has found that women who work in male dominated industries have to perform double the amount of work to get to same exact level as their male counterparts, the study explains how being self confident could help people to influence others and get them a leader role landed in the work place but after performing some studies and collecting data, researchers found that women had to be twice as much confidence as men to get the same amount of respect. When a women has to work her 'gender role', prioritize family before work, face inferior within her family and still has to be double the amount of confident to get same role in workplace, it can be reason why most women end up being in same position for longer. These researchers are able to find the existence of issue, reasons behind it but why is it still happening, why does patriarchy still exist? Why does the power balance exist and continue to pass to next generation, this study also helped to explain how patriarchy doesn't only affect women but men too. The research,Structural Pathways between Child Abuse, Poor Mental Health Outcomes and Male-Perpetrated Intimate Partner Violence (IPV),goes on to explain how when a family is dysfunctional with either parent being abuse, can affect the mental health of children (upcoming generation) and the results showed that children who lived and suffered or even seen someone getting abuse were at risk of turning into abusers in future, continuing the generational trauma. I personally was shocked to read this as I expected the results to completely opposite but these are things I have observed around me, people who were neglected as kids turned into parents/partners who abused and controlled their children and spouses. Another research paper that might appear shocking to west might explain, how women are seen less than men not just in family setting but outside too. This writing,Bank loans access for women business-owners in Bangladesh: Obstacles and dependence on husbands, explained how women weren't able to get loan by loan officers and the small business owners struggle on daily basis but when the owner is a woman, her struggles more as they can't even get themselves loan without getting their husbands involved, making the process complex and making women more dependent on their spouses. One might wonder this could be a result of women being uneducated or incompetent at their work and that is why in Eastern world, women are less likely to obtain employment but to the contrary a research, was done and it showed that in Vietnam, firms that were owned or ran by women had better revenue return than the men. On top of it, companies owned by women hired more women than men. This can help us understand how even after, working inside and outside the house, after working against patriarchy to earn same credit as of the male counter fit, women were still able to outperform men and still not get enough credit and support from people around them. While going through the researches, Subjugation by superstition: Gender, small business and family in Bangladesh, that has been done, I'm amazed to find some interesting perspectives that I did not expect, inBusiness Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility (Print), 33(3), 380-391.superstitions, (I am personally shocked to find this because my religion (Sikhism) provide women with equal rights and people conveniently ignore that) were a big part of their concern as they never saw a women running her business and weren't able find a reason behind it. Changes aren't easy to accept or adapt, specially when one comes from religious background, some other reasons that I was able to find that contributes towards the slower pace of women to achieve their dreams comes from the segregation among gender and the resources that are provided to one gender over other (men tend to build/receive more resources or connections inside the workplace). Some researchers conducted research to find out how the gender norms look like in each community and how it can affect the expectations from women inside the house and outside house/workplace, offering less opportunity than men, as expected one answer to this issue was to promote education and equal rights among kids to set their mindset better for the future. When reading through the theories that could help me better explain the reason behind such inequality among humans, just based off of their gender (or colors in some cases) , I came across three theories that I though could give me enough reasoning/justification for such behaviours,. The Psychological Record that only slows down the society as a whole, behaviourism was the first theory that explained how the behaviours are learned through interactions and can be rewarded or punished to increase of decrease the chance of that behaviour to occur again, this theory could help us understand how or why men (across different culture) thinks its acceptable to treat women less than them and what can be done to alter the society to bring a difference to this situation. Another two theories that I think might help with understanding the reasons behind such behaviours could be explained by sociocultural theory and evolution theory, sociocultural theoryThe cultural mind: the sociocultural theory of learning. explain how the society and culture can influence someone's perspective, that can help to build on the narration of behaviourism or how in some countries it is more acceptable to treat women/spouse less than men and these get reinforced in someone's life from very young age. Evolution theory could also help us see the behaviour from the lens of evolution and understand why the unequal behaviour is continuing. There has to be mixture of theories to explain this, since it has been developed, learned and has been applied all over the countries for a long time now.

New research direction: since, I'm interested in learning how the difference of work load or type of work ( invisible= household chores, visible= jobs to earn money for family ) is or can lead to dysfunctional family because of unequal amount of work load distribution, my research hypothesis also revolve around it and it states How less spousal support/family can lead to women to get overworked and lead to a family disfunction in eastern world? Variable that the study includes are predictor variable (variable that will get altered to see the difference on measured variable), in this research we can use the support from spouse/family in different degrees/operationalised (very supportive = equal Davion of labour or more, and least supportive= no support in household chores, expects his partner to work inside the house and if outside the house then finance has to be controlled by husband), and the variable outcome based off of predictor variable could be if the spouse/family does not support the women in house, it can lead to overwork and stress, however if the support is enough to keep the family running without any problem by every one in family, it can lead both the spouses to focus on personal growth, relationship, communication and financial stability. If my research turn out to be right this can help us solve more than one problem (can lower divorce rates, help with financial aid for men in family, will help everyone in a family to learn basic skills such as cooking and cleaning ), the only implication based off of the studies that I read previously I can think of would be involved in education system and religious teaching, as in upper paragraphs we saw how superstitions or teaching from some cultures expect women to not work or only work as per husbands demand can cause disruptive attitudes, making changes in early education and by including classes in early education that include normalizing learning how to cook, clean and take care babies and so on, can take away the stereotypes away from children. Moreover, making these changes in school can also promote children to be more independent in future. Topics like periods, tampons, pregnancy, after care, sex education, self love, will promote feeling of empathy among children, activities like cooking competition, should be seen as gender neutral. It can not be school alone as the institution making changes in societies, families should also learn to promote the same ideas. This might take years but will once normalized among one generation, will help the upcoming generation to learn by just observational learning and soon will be seen as the new 'normal'.
