Hi i would like to ask if Fred is able to sue Brilliant Sdn Bhd because Simon from Brilliant Sdn Bhd had hit Fred's computer due to frustration that he couldn't fix the problem that is caused by Brilliant Sdn Bhd's computer system, and it exploded injuring Fred and the office. However, Fred signed the terms and conditions stating that "No responsibility will be taken for any injury or damage due to the negligence of Brilliant Sdn Bhd, its employee or agents".
