Hi I'm having trouble framing a hypothesis question. I need to do run a statistical test on the hypothesis, I think that part is ok but it's forming the question that is difficult. The subject matter is Black maternal mortality. The original questions was Is black women receive better hospital care mortality rates would go down. and that question seems too broad and not specific as what can be tested from that question. Can you help me determine a good hypothesis question to run a statistical test on the hypothesis>?
