I'm looking for help with my assessment task, which is as follows:

Apply knowledge of the OHS/WHS legislation and codes of practice and to cre ate a report to the management of a construction company, outlining a proposal for the introduction of consultation procedures into their company workplace health and safety management system

Prep are a report of at least two A4 pa ges, in report form and should contain the following parts:

Part 1 - Research relevant legislation, codes of practice, SWA advisory note and other industry guides

Part 2 - Explain under what conditions the management of construction company in questions should introduce consultation into its workplace (when, why, how, who, is training needed? what must be provided? what are the benefits? are there any barriers?) reference to relevant codes and legislation

Part 3 - Provide an implementation procedure for the consultation process - how and when the procedure will be implemented? what will happen? what is the return for the effort and investment?
