Hi Matthew, It can be very difficult mapping out interdependencies within an organization, especially when it's not so clear to those in upper management what the processes look like. The larger a company is, the harder this becomes, when restructuring and regrouping is needed to really understand complexities. And with intangible factors, I think those types of employee surveys are so valuable for sensing employee sentiment within the company, views of management, and satisfaction. When done at least annually it can be beneficial metrics. My company does this every 3 or 5 years which I would not say is very helpful given the employee turnover, changing external factors, and movement of roles
