Your friend runs a catering company. Some of the ingredients that her recipes require are mentioned in cups. When she goes to the grocery store to buy the ingredients, however, they are sold only by the fluid ounce.

Write a simple program with a function that converts the cups to fluid ounces. (There are 8 fluid ounces in a cup.) The main part of the program explains what the program does, obtains the number of cups from the user, sends them to the function, and then displays the number of fluid ounces which come back from the function.

The function simply calculates the fluid ounces and returns that to the main program.
