Provided the information on workplace accidents occurring in mobile catering vans we as a business needs to develop comprehensive risk management plans. 1. Operational Risks 2. Food Spoilage and Fire Hazards 3. Natural Calamities 4. Accidents 5. Restroom 6. Parking Issues 7. Weather 8. Repairs 9. Payment Methods 10. Price issue The conclusion was drawn after reviewing the research findings For the successful operation of a food truck business space, selection plays a game-changer role. Space should be selected by keeping the need and comfort of customers in mind. The price of food needs to be affordable. The selection of chefs and proper management inside the kitchen is another success factor. Space management and storage management are necessary for the successful operation of the business. Repairing of truck time-to-time is needed and vehicle insurance is necessary. A mobile restroom should be a must. Fire safety tools and other safety tools must be part of a truck. Training should be provided to workers and helpers who help in operating food trucks. Precautionary measures should be opted for facing weather problems. One can use more sources of entertainment to attract people such as live music, free WiFi, etc

In Conclusion, accidents happen, its a fact of life. But a workplace that has measures in place will reduce the risk as much as feasible possible to protect its employees. There has been a downward trend in self-reported workplace non-fatal injuries in the lead up to 2010/11, but it hasnt risen or dropped significantly in recent years. With the right prevention methods, these workplace accidents can be prevented enough to see the mobile catering business venture possible.
