I have selected the topic "Issues around remote teams (How to manage and keep motivated)" to be based on the company Better Co. in NZ.

Now, l am asked to focus on:

1. Researching the literature on your topic

2. Writing your research questions and two or three sub questions

3. Writing some questions for the client to be sent to them the first session when we are back.

Please can you help me with the above?

Requirements:

The project must:

Identify and relate to the specific business management issue for the client organisation or business.

Be of a suitable scope and size that can be addressed effectively within the timeframes of the research project programme

Your written proposal will include:

A title

A statement of the business management issue to be explored

A rationale that justifies the significance of the issue for the organisation(s) or industry concerned, and outlines how the project will benefit them

A consideration of social, Treaty of Waitangi, ethical, environmental, or sustainability issues relevant to the project

An outline of the nature and scope of data you intend to collect, and how you will collect it, identifying the specific key sources

An initial review of key theoretical concepts, frameworks or theories from academic literature

A clear research question and sub questions

An Appendix including:

A project plan that provides a timeline with dates and specific and detailed actions, as well as possible challenges to completion of the project

A personal critical reflection on your development as a researcher and as a business management professional /consultant
