Final Project Plan $($will be submitted in module $13)$

Instructions:

Using the virtual machines that have been provided, Linux, Windows Server, and Windows $10$ Client, to accomplish the following:

Install and Configure a web server on your Linux machine.

Research Cloud drive software, choose one that allows Active Directory authentication and install cloud drive software.

Configure the cloud software to authenticate against Active Directory.

Create a Domain User called "cloud$\_$student".

Create a PowerShell script that will look in the event log for when someone is authenticated from the cloud server and show the last ten to twenty entries.

Bonus Objectives:

These are not required, but depending on the implementation may garner additional points:

Setup and configure a firewall on the Linux machine to not allow the web server to be accessed from the internet side of the Linux machine.

Do some system hardening on the Linux machine, uninstall unneeded service, check open ports, etc.

What to submit:

A Lab Report that includes the following information:

Show the web server administration page once installed and configured.

Show the cloud software administration page once installed and configured.

Show in a few screenshots, logging into the cloud software from the windows client as "cloud$\_$student".

Show your PowerShell script.

Screen capture the output from the script.

Bonus submissions:

Show your firewall configuration, config file or screenshot is fine.

Brief write up on what steps you took to harden your system.
