Hide Assignment Information Instructions Module 2 Assignment Part 1 Key Assessment: Evidence-Based Practice Paper and Presentation Instructions This is the first of three parts of your Key Assessment: Evidence-Based Practice Paper and Presentation. In this section of the paper, you will introduce the reader to your client by providing information about your agency, the client's history and currently symptoms and diagnosis, and any cultural considerations. You should use a client that you are familiar with from an internship or employment. If you do not have a client to write about, please contact your instructor for other options such as a literature-based case or a television/movie character case.
