The purpose of this exercise is to prepare a framework for an Enterprise Risk Management $($ERM$)$ Board Report.

Learning Outcome

Apply appropriate risk management framework for the organization

Each ERM Board report, submitted to the board of director$/$governors$/$senior leaders, must provide a complete picture of the$$material risks the organization is facing. The report must be well organized and concise. Putting together too much irrelevant information with too much detail and not enough visualization is a quick recipe for failure.

In this assignment you will need to develop a board report framework, using at least $10$ sections $($titles$)-$ out of the $21-$ from the ISO $31000$ framework$($page $11).$

The framework should provide an outline $($framework$)$ of your board report that will work with a Company. You will need to develop a professional cover page for the board report, consider what broad categories to include in the board report, why you are picking that title $($make sure you put a lot of effort into the why$).$

To help you develop the framework, you can research the topic, use the materials provided, the textbook, other reading materials provided $($ISO $31000)$ and you must reference any other material used in your board report framework that comes from your research. Reference page is required.

Please use the ISO$31000$ as the basis for your ERM Framework.

Note, you are not expected to assess the risks. The risk assessment will be part of the final assignment.
