They have it broken down into four categories known as financial, stakeholders, internal processes and learning. Each of these categories is followed up a strategic objective, key-performance indicators, targets and initiatives. Please see the following points about the given categories, what is missing and the intent this scorecard was developed for. These categories were broken down to help gauge each section in Mercy Hospital. The data and information needed must have been taken from their own documentation based off of how well they are doing financially, information given from their stakeholders, checking how their hospital is running internally and their information gathered on what they can do better to improve their system. Each category gives information and shows the % or # sign but never actually gives data percentage or a specific number. They only offer a target percentage or number in the following column. There seems to be some portions of the documentation missing such as the initiative section for as well as very few options given for the rest of the categories.
