The bulk of the Hillson and Simon text addresses the ATOM methodology through the lens of a medium-sized project. In the two chapters offered in the module, the authors explore the application of the ATOM methodology for small projects (Chapter 13) and large projects (Chapter 14). The primary task for this analysis assignment is to compare and contrast the similarities and differences between the two distinct approaches as determined by the size of the project.
