Each page below will have several questions. In some cases, you will be asked to compute a probability using Excel to do our calculations for us$.$ For those types of questions, you will see "Formula" next to the cell. As I grade your project, I will be checking that the cells contain the proper work, rather than just checking the output. For instance, if the question asks for the probability of rolling a $2$ on a fair $6-$sided die, we can enter $=1/6$ in the cell and Excel will calculate the probability for us$.$ So the cell will display our solution of $0\mathrm{.}166667,$ but when I grade your submission, I will click on the cell and see that your input was $=1/6.$ See Example $1.$ The output shows the solution, but I can see $1/6$ in the formula bar above.
