Hita eventually has had a falling out with Harish and Nikita. There is a new supplier of chicken in the market called 'Chickenfeet' with whom she wants to get into a contract. However, she knows Harish and Nikita will object to this business deal because they have another chicken supplier who is a family friend of Nikita's. However, Hita feels that the new supplier would be good for the business because he supplies better quality chicken for a lesser price. She goes ahead and signs a contract with Chickenfeet without telling Harish and Nikita.Chickenfeet has no idea about the falling out of Hita with the other Directors, even though in all the meetings Hita was the only one coming. In fact, when Chickenfeet asked in meetings about the other Directors, Hita did not reply. Is this contract valid?
