Body mass index $($BMI$)$ is a medical screening tool that measures the ratio of your height to your weight to estimate health risks. BMI is calculat$$d as:

While not always medically perfect, BMI is often interpreted as:

Underweight $=$ less than $18\mathrm{.}5$

Normal Weight $=18\mathrm{.}5-24\mathrm{.}9$

Overweight $=25-29\mathrm{.}9$

Obese $=30$ or greater

Write a sub that pulls an individual's height in feet and inches and weight in pounds from the spreadsheet. It uses these values to calculate BMI and returns this value to the appropriate cell. All cells are given to the right.

Also, have the sub pop up a message box that notifies the user if the BMI indicated Underweight, Normal Weight, Overweight, or Obese.
