1.Consider a single queue single server system. Manually, simulate the customer arrival, service times, and customer departure for the first seven customers of the day. Assume that the number of customers arriving to the system follow a Poisson distribution with a mean of 2 mins. Please assume the following random numbers to calculate the interarrival times:

0.45 0.8 0.71 0.33 0.5 0.62 0.48

In addition, assume that the service time is fixed in 3 mins. Calculate the following statistics:

a)Average waiting time

b)Maximum waiting time

c)Server utilization
