The subcontractor's labor requirements (masons and helpers) are also given. Because this work has to phase in with the work of main contractor therefore, it must be completed in 28 weeks. a) Find weekly mason and helper labor requirements b) Draw resource histogram for both mason and helper labor. c) Perform resource leveling so that there will be no excessive peaks or troughs in masons and helper labor. d) If the subcontractor has maximum number of masons of 4 and maximum number of helpers of 6. Perform resource allocation for both using priority sorting of early start-total float so that neither exceeds the limit and the subcontractor will has minimum project duration extension e) List the activities and their scheduled early start dates.
