Restaurant Review Assignment

You will write a Restaurant Review that critically and objectively evaluates a restaurant operation. Evaluation criteria should include:

• Make your reservations as per restaurant instructions provided.
• Read the sample reviews posted on BlackBoard and handed out.
• Using the restaurant review checklist as a guideline, write a restaurant review identifying industry trends and other relevant criteria.
• Complete the Survey Monkey right after your restaurant visit. (Mandatory)
• Make sure you edit your work 2 3 times prior to submission. If required, PLEASE have your work reviewed at the writing centre. Do not use Google Translate for any of your work, it doesnt work. Do not Google or copy any on-line reviews or others work for your review.
• Remember that the following elements should be included;
• Opening hook with a title.
• Brief statement on the story of the restaurant and intended market.
• Include 2 3 pictures (if possible).
