I am so happy I accomplished all of my goals. I just wish I could have done more.
Getting the new financial software up and running for everyone within 6 weeks was probably my most important accomplishment because I know how important it is to running the business. Users seemed to be happy to get through the transition smoothly.
Describe your biggest challenge during this period.
I felt comfortable with the technology from day one, but I was surprised by how direct and frustrated the staff gets over a computer issue.
It has been a challenge to make everyone happy and I don't know what I can do better. The new scheduling system I created does seem to help people know how long it will take for me to get to them, though.
