how can css make this work

1. Style the header and footer with a background color of #cad1d8 and font size of 35px.
2. Style all of the list items to have a border and be inline.
3. Style the list items in the footer to have a 100px margin on one side. (Must match the image below.)
4. Style all of the divs so that the all of the divs have a width of 19%, centered text, a 2px border and must look like the screenshot below.
5. When you hover over a div give it a 20px blue border.
6. The .special class should change the font to Cursive and be in all capital letters
7. The 2nd, 4th, 6th, and divs should have 10px dashed green border and 50px of padding on the top and bottom.
8. The last div should not use Cursive text (use the default) and it should have a yellow background.
