How can I shape a query for westlaw that would be most likely to find a case from my state (washington) where someone was charged but not found guilty of third degree theft when they had: not left the store with the merchandise; and/or had no intent of stealing; and/or did not think they were stealing because they thought they had returned merchandise and/or there would have been no loss in value to the store if the defendant had actually left the store with the merchandise because what they had in their cart was cheaper than what they returned to the store? And/or the alleged "theft" occurred by accident?
