how can this be stated based on the reason and response to the case came in for above " Brianna admitted that she left Nathan because he was asleep and didn't want to wake him. She indicated that she did have a friend over and she didn't want to bring him into the apartment with her son. During the investigation Brianna purchased Nathan a cell phone to use in emergency situations. Brianna also admitted fault at leaving Nathan without making sure that he knew where she was. I spoke to father, Edelmiro Reyna who informed me that Nathan has support with his paternal grandmother and himself as well if Brianna needs a break. Familial collaterals were on alert regarding being aware of CPS involvement and provided their support and availability to supervise Nathan when needed. No warrant was filed against Brianna based on her....participation with the department
