M Annual General meeting (A.G.M) on 07.01.2024 AGENDA: o 2024 Practices. o 2024 Videos o Ministry Long term project. • 2024 Practices: Seeing songs' practices as the Ministry major activity towards our goals it was concluded that Wednesday and Saturday to be adjusted and changed to Sundays as official after church services and Tuesdays occasionally. The reason behind this to make sure the trio is accommodated by considering each one's schedules. • 2024 Videos. After everyone's ideas consultation it was agreed to complete 4 videos by the end of the year (2024). The videos were allocated as follows: March, June, September and December. For the plan to be successful, each member of the trio will contribute $940.00 yearly or $235.00 termly. NB: The year finance plan did not exclude our $25.00 monthly contribution. o Ministry Long term project. The Hope Gospel Ministry had a plan of buying land in its country of origine D. R. Congo which was estimated to cost $25000.00 USD, since last year. Different ideas were brought up: - Starting a charity in Congo, - Supporting those who have finished the high school to the universities. - Starting a restaurant in Kenya precisely in Nairobi. Then because of many members giving up and no more turning up in any of the Ministry activities the trio decided to go with a three years project which will help mostly some of the unprivileged families among millions. The idea of opening a restaurant prevailed and strategies to survey the targeted field emerged, and that was to talk to a young man in Nairobi who somehow was familiar with the Ministry treasurer Neema. Neema was given the responsibility of talking to the person in Nairobi by asking him of any idea of opening a restaurant, what could be the budget as Neema had a relative who she wanted to connect with the Ministry to get assisted. The Ministry await the response from the boy via Neema and then the plan will be completed.
