how can we achieve this 4 things in order to have gender equality? (please explain every number)

1.By increasing the public awareness on the harmful effects of acts such as sexual harassment and rape.

2.By condemning stereotyping of gender by the media news.

3. By boosting number of women in traditional male posts and also political positions.

4.By increasing the government funding of standard day care options to allow parents to work if they want to especially women and do that without fright or the well being of their children being compromised.
