The only way to do this is to highlight the line, then copy$/$paste it manually down into the Console and press Return$/$Enter to run it

Highlight the entirety of the line then click the "Run" button near the top$-$right of open the $R$ file

Click the line so the cursor is somewhere on the command, then click the "Run" button near the topright of open the $*R$ file
