That did not produce anything productive for me.It brought up a on the return of a security deposit.Not what I was looking for.So Irefined my search.I added a little more description, 'landlord liable to tenants for security of unsafe building',that brought up a case based on the search criteria.For the Terms & Connectors term search, I typed in, 'landlord /s tenant /s safety s/ liability', that did not come up with a case with these terms. So I refined my search again, I got the same case on the this search as I got on my second attempt at the Descriptive terms.
