Question: How do i create a loop in the second function 'analyse' so that the files from my list run through the function one by one

How do i create a loop in the second function 'analyse' so that the files from my list run through the function one by one starting with '0.0001.txt' and ending with '0.0005.txt' as right now it only works on the last file in my list as shown in the output.
