How do I do this?Procedure

Select a MATLAB tool or app $($or a reputable third$-$party toolbox$)$ that you'd be

interested in exploring $($see list with some of my suggestions on the next page$).$

Download, install, and test the selected tool $/$ app by following their documentation.

Prepare the first part of your report, documenting your experience so far. Be technical,

objective, and detailed.

Design a simple experiment $($or test case$){?}^1$ to test the selected tool$/$app with other

$($meaningful$)$ images ${?}^2.$

Write a Live Script to implement the procedure designed in the previous step.

Debug, improve, and run the Live Script until you obtain satisfactory results.

Prepare the second part of your report, documenting steps $4-6$ above, writing

meaningful conclusions about the entire process, and including at least a paragraph

describing "what you'd do if you had more time."

Minimum requirements

Your experiment$/$script $($steps $4-5)$ must be your own work. If you use a site, textbook

example or any other source as "inspiration" along the way, please make a note of it in your

report.

Your Live Script must be fully functional.

Your report must be structured into meaningful sections and include as many relevant

figures $/$ screenshots as appropriate. Since you'll use the Live Editor, this should be a

relatively easy step ${?}^3.$
