How do I enter theStefan-Boltzmann constant () = 5.67 x 10^-8W/m²/K^{4 into a calculator??? (I do not use Excel or open office )}

^{My sample problem of:}

T = (1000 W/m²x (1 -0.32) / (4 x 5.67 x 10^-8W/m²/K⁴) )^0.25=234 K

The highlighted values are variables and change depending on the temp (1000W/m and albedo of .32).

But when I enter it into a calculator like this----1000 (1 - .32) (4 5.67e- 8)^^{.25 I Get 251.255}
