How do I enter this function in excel to return the correct information? I have attached a picture of the excel spreadsheet that this task is referring to. I just can't figure out how to correctly enter this to get the requested information. My formula did not get the correct solution.

In the original Data worksheet, please do the following in a new column (and label it in Row 1; you can use any name): If someone has taken 12 or more INST HRS and RCR is N, then have the formula enter a star (*) in the cell in the new column; otherwise, have the formula leave it empty.
