Drive$-$Rite Insurance would like to apply a $10\%$ discount to the insurance

rate for anyone who is at least $30$ years old and who has had no more than

$5$ accidents.

Extra if you want a challenge:

Add user validation for the following:

Current rate must be greater than $0$ and less than $3000$

Age must be between $16$ and $90($inclusive$)$

Accidents must at least $0$ and no more than $5$

Display a meaningful message if any one of the validation tests fail.

Only if all input is valid then calculate the discount.
