How do I explain that I am transferring schools as I do not see room for growth? I want to write to the entire team. First, I started this job and got an offer for a job somewhere else. I stayed at the same school as my principal told me it was room for me to go. I stayed at the school as the teacher I was working with had a staff member that quit, and we would have been short so I stayed to help the teacher out. I recently found out the position I was waiting for and was told I would have an interview took place without me getting an interview or evening being informed the position was filed. At this time, we have a new principle and how do I nicely say I am relocating schools as I do not see a chance for growth at my former school? I already accepted another position, how do I write a nice note stating I am leaving?
