How do I peer respond and ask a question: Hello Class, The Leadership style that i chose was Coaching and the developmental level is M4. The stiuation for both of these categories are as followed. Situation: Current employee has been working hard over the past year and has been given the opportunity to get a promotion. Over the course of 4 weeks this employee has been coached and on starting to lead employees. This employee has successfully taken the different coaches and guidance interactions. Where this employee is in there training and developing is they now are able to lead a team on there own. They have successfully in a stage where they don't need to have guidance and they manage a team on there own. They are going to be able to then use these teachings to help grow there team every day. This employee is now in the M4 stage where they are the most accomplish and mature to be able to do the job. Zack Merrill
