The information exchange requirement is simple and is as exactly as it sounds; it is the exchange of information. This could be exchange of information between two people or Joint forces. The information exchange requirements are always revised because the missions are always changing and some of those missions deal with change in the environment, technology, or what is needed. The information exchanged will have to be updated with the most current needs or technology to have a successful mission.
