Great breakdown of KPPs, NR-KPPs, and IERs, really thorough and informative. One thing I'd add is the role of warfighter feedback during operational testing. Even though KPPs are defined early in a program, real-world input from Soldiers in the field can expose gaps or unrealistic expectations. That often leads to changes, waivers, or adjustments. Some people see that as weakening the process, but others argue it's necessary to keep up with changing threats and tech. What do you think? Should we stick to original parameters no matter what, or be more flexible when things evolve?
