How do I respond to Cierra and ask a question: Amelia, I enjoyed reading your discussion post! I chose the other case study, so I was interested to hear your view of this one; I had to re-read it to fully understand the answers to the questions you provided. I think you have a clear understanding of the LPC contingency model and its implications for Hector's role as a leader in the architectural company. I definitely think your recommendation for Hector to actively interact with his team members and pay attention to their needs and concerns aligns with the principles of effective leadership and team management. That being said, do you think if interpersonal bonds are lacking, the morale and the emotional health of the team members could eventually decrease? Where is the balance? What if, like you suggested, Hector asks for input from his subordinates on how to fix leadership style flaws, but everyone gives a different answer, and even though there is a rational answer, it comes from the mouth of an individual Hector is not fond of? Could this create issues? I look forward to hearing your thoughts if you have time! Warmly, Cierra T
