How do I solve the following using chi-square?

*Null- reenlistment bonuses do not determine whether a sailor reenlists

*Alternative- reenlistment bonuses do determine whether a sailor reenlists

Expected:

Out of 30 sailors, we expect 25 would say yes they reenlisted because of a reenlistment bonus and 5 would say no. Or 82%, and 18%

Observed:

Out of 30 sailors, 14 said yes to reenlisting because of a reenlistment bonus and 16 said no. Or, 47%, and 53%
