By using the formula =COUNTIF(D2:D715918,">3") 246 was recorded over 3 inches of rainfall

2. Use the COUNTIF command in Excel to find how many days had snowfall totals above 6".

By using the formula =COUNTIF(E2:E715918,">6") 0 was recorded.
