How do you reply to a classmate about Professional Intention The course materials and learning throughout this course have helped me strengthen my ability as an inclusive leader through a deeper understanding of the practice and application of inclusion, and how to communicate inclusively and to more effectively communicate the importance of and the need for inclusion in organizations. This course will help me achieve my professional goals once I transition my career upon completion of my MAOL. Academic Intention Completing this course brings me one step closer to my ultimate academic intention of completing my master's degree. In addition to that, academically, I have gained a more substantial framework of knowledge surrounding DEI and inclusivity.
